Global fitness Management & Consulting is a fitness consulting
company founded in 2012 by Mr Saju gopala krishnan with a high level of
experience and skills eighteen years’ experience . Global Fitness Consultant is
established to assist our diverse clients to inculcate the spirit of exercise
to be on the fitness track for a sound mind in a sound body. Established with
attitude of staying in touch with clients and implementing strict standards for
quality service, we strive to bring trust, respect, honesty and hard work to
every project, engagement and business relationships. Our company have
extensive experience and expertise in fitness industry that cut across Commercial, Health, institutional industries.
RESPONSIBILITY
§ Perform fitness screening, health
seminars and presentations.
§ Provides information on fitness,
health, and wellness education information consistent with all relevant professional
standards.
§ Handles
and maintains customer confidentiality
§ To participate in the fitness suite supervisory and ensure
adequate
supervision at all designated areas of responsibility
§ To
maintain clients record
§ To prescribe individual cardio-respiratory based exercise programme and monitor this under authorized medical conditions
§ To undertake specialist coaching
and instruction where required
§ To administer first aid, where
suitable qualified to do so
